Avoid Heavy Breathing!

Bad breath is a problem that occasionally affects most people, perhaps because of an illness or after a meal.
However, it’s quite easy to keep your breath fresh cleaning your mouth, eating properly and using of refreshing products if it is necessary.

Follow these advices:
– Wash your teeth and tongue at least twice a day. In this way, remove the bacteria responsible for the bad smell and you prevent caries also possible that can lead to this unpleasant disorder. Do not forget the tongue because brushing it you can reduce the risks of bad breath.

-Use dental floss at least once a day. -Drink many glasses of water daily. Dehydration tends to dry the oral mucosa and to cause halitosis.

-Eat yogurt. Eating yogurt daily can reduce the amount of substances in the mouth that cause bad breath such as the bacteria Streptococcus thermophilus or Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

-Use a mouthwash at least once a day. It helps to protect your teeth and kills the bacteria that cause bad breath. Use it for at least 30 seconds.

-Rinse your mouth with water after eating. Stiring the water in the mouth helps to remove food debris that can cause bad breath.

-Go to the dentist (at least every six months). The doctor can perform a deep cleaning of the oral cavity, thus avoiding the development of plaque, as well as check for tooth decay or gum disease may be responsible heavy breath.

-Eat fruits and vegetables. The fibrous of fruits and vegetables help to keep your teeth clean, while vitamins, antioxidants and acids in them improve oral health.

– Stop smoking. The smoke leaves a bad smell in the mouth, similar to the ashes. So our advice is to stop completely, but in alternative you can  eat some refreshing products to reduce halitosis.

-Avoid foods that can cause bad breath. Among the ingredients that can be not good for your mouth there are: onion, garlic and spices.

-Chew sugarless gums. The chewing action promotes salivation, which prevents the mouth from bacteria. However, you have to be sure that these gums would be sugarless.

– Use an alcoholic beverage. Alcohol kills bacteria responsible for bad breath, therefore alcohol may be an excellent choice to get the positive results. More is the alcohol concentration and more you’ll have great results.
However, avoid alcohols that could cointain sugar.

– Use baking soda. It is one of the best natural ways to prevent the problem of bacteria.

-Chew herbs. For instance, the mint leaves are particularly valuable for this purpose because they contain essential oils that can be effective against bad breath.
