How to speed up the metabolism?

How can speed up it?

  • Reduce carbohydrates: eating bread or pasta in every meal will increase the risk of getting fat, making your metabolism slower. The majority of carbohydrates will turned into sugar and the abuse of this food is not good.
  • Drink a lot of water: to speed up your metabolism and to take care of your health, you need to drink about 8 glasses of water a day.

  • Drink green tea. Combining it to diet and physical exercise can improve your metabolic rate. Take one cup of green tea a day and it will be good for your body and your health.

Don’t follow DIY (do it yourself) diets: You must eat according to a large variety of aliments in a responsible way.
Choose the consultation of a doctor or a nutritionist: he will give you the correct diet to follow. Everyone is different, so it doesn’t exist a universal way to speed up your metabolism.
Don’t listen to “easy solutions” of some advertisements: they just want to persuade you.
