They are one of the most popular desserts. You can see them in coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets and so on.
There is a large quantity of muffin tastes and today we want to show you some simple, delicious and similar recipes.

CHOCOLATE MUFFINS:

Ingredients:

  • 2  1/4 cups of self-raising flour (sifted)
  •  1/2 cup of cocoa powder (sifted)
  •  1 cup of caster sugar
  • 2 cups of vegetable oil
  •  2/3 cups of milk
  •  1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  •  3 eggs

Method:
Combine flour, cocoa, sugar in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk oil, milk, vanilla and eggs.
Then add them to the other ingredients.
Combine all the ingredients and put this mix in muffin pans
Bake them for 25 minutes in a preheat oven to 180°C/160°C.
Serve the muffins and enjoy your meal!

BLUEBERRY CREAM MUFFINS:

  • 2 1/4 cups of self-raising flour (sifted)
  •  2 cups of blueberry cream
  •  1 cup of caster sugar
  • 2 cups of milk
  •  1 cup of vegetable oil
  •  1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  •  3 eggs

Method:
Combine flour, blueberry cream, sugar in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk oil, milk, vanilla and eggs.
Then add them to the other ingredients.
Combine all the ingredients and put this mix in muffin pans
Bake them for 20 minutes in a preheat oven to 200°C.
Serve the muffins and enjoy your meal!

 
WHITE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS:

  • 2 1/4 cups of self-raising flour (sifted)
  •  2 cups of white chocolate (chopped)
  • 3 eggs
  •  1 cup of caster sugar
  • 160 gr of melted butter
  •  1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  •  2/3 cups of milk

Method:
Combine flour, white chocolate chopped and sugar in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk oil, milk, melted butter and eggs.
Then add them to the other ingredients.
Combine all the ingredients and put this mix in muffin pans
Bake them for 25 minutes in a preheat oven to 200°C.
Serve the muffins and enjoy your meal!

 

PISTACHIO MUFFINS:

  • 2 1/4 cups of self-raising flour (sifted)
  •  2 cups of pistachios finely (chopped)
  • 1 cup of pistachios (not chopped completely)
  • 3 eggs
  •  1 cup of caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  •  1/2 cup of vegetable oil

Method:
Combine flour, pistachios (chopped) and sugar in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk oil, vanilla extract, melted butter and eggs.
Then add them to the other ingredients.
Combine all the ingredients and put this mix in muffin pans
NOT OBLIGATORY: Add the pistachios (not chopped completely) over the muffins. In this way they will appear more crispy!
Bake them for 25 minutes in a preheat oven to 180°C.
Serve the muffins and enjoy your meal!

 

CARROT MUFFINS:

  • 2  1/4 cups of self-raising flour (sifted)
  •  2 cups of shredded carrots
  •  1 cup of caster sugar
  •  2 cups of orange juice
  •  1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  •  3 eggs

Method:
Combine flour, shredded carrots and sugar in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk cinnamon, orange juice and eggs.
Then add them to the other ingredients.
Combine all the ingredients and put this mix in muffin pans
Bake them for 20 minutes in a preheat oven to 200°C.
Serve the muffins and enjoy your meal!
